Concrete preparation plants TEKA of the TRANSMIX series have an aggregate design, are equipped with all necessary devices, are tested and are quickly installed. They can be used on construction sites, factories for the production of transport concrete and finished products, as well as concrete plants.
Radial installations in the serial version have four cameras. The walls of the chambers are installed by the customer in accordance with the installation plan. The metering valves are operated pneumatically.
The sand chamber is equipped with a vibrating trough. Fillers are fed into the chambers using a radial scraper mechanism.
Starting from the TRANSMIX 1500 standard size, water scales are used to prepare transport concrete instead of a water dosing device. Ordinary silos in the serial version have four silos and are designed for loading using wheel loaders.
